Ares are a theatre company based in Manchester dedicated to providing talented artists of all backgrounds opportunities to progress.

Ares approached me with the task of creating a brand for their theatre company. Ares have a strong link to Greek theatre and mythology and needed a brand that reflected this whilst avoiding the cliches of the usual theatre branding. The end result was a subtle reimagining of Ares being the literal face of the company, accompanying the negative space between the 'A' & 'R' in the brand mark.
